Use the contact form under the Ad. You can also click "contact seller". below our Member's username. Enter your name, E-mail address and your question or Offer and click on the submit button. Your message will be sent to the email address of the seller.

What should I know about internet advertising fraud.

US Easy Ads has greatly reduced fraud by limiting abuse of the contact form. The primary fraud we encounter involves bogus checks and money orders. Banks may accept the fake check or money order in a deposit only to withdraw the funds later. The scammer usually mentions paying extra to have you deal with a shipping agent. Other scams involve having a buyer pay shipping in advance. Do not enter into transactions you do not feel comfortable with.

How much does it cost to place a classified Ad on US Easy Ads?

45 Day Large Photo Ads are Always Free. There are Featured Options you can purchase for increased exposure.

Featured options - Your Ad is seen on the Front Page of US Easy Ads and an Your state's Easy Ads, Extra 30 days, add up to four pictures, a longer description, a weblink, a paypal button and an "attention getter". $5

National exposure - Your Ad seen on all 50 state's web sites Front Pages. and the Front page of US Easy Ads. Plus all the Featured Options listed above. $15

Ads are rotated through the pages as new Ads are placed.

Where will my Ad be seen?

Your Ad will be seen through US Easy Ads and it's 50 state affiliate sites. The order in which Ads appear is based on the most recent Ad, as Ads are pushed down each page while new listings are placed. Photo Ads do appear ahead of text Ads. US Easy Ads also shares its Ads via RSS feeds to sites across the web including Google base, MSN live, and Oodle to name a few.

What are the rules for placing an Ad with US Easy Ads?

You may not provide any content or perform any conduct that may be unlawful, illegal, threatening, harmful, abusive, harassing, stalking, tortuous, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, offensive, objectionable, pornographic, designed to or does interfere or interrupt this web site or any service provided, infected with a virus or other destructive or deleterious programming routine, give rise to civil or criminal liability, or which may violate an applicable local, national or international law; YOU MAY NOT PLACE PERSONAL Ads ON OUR WEBSITE. Are there instructions or tips on placing a classified Ad on US Easy Ads?

Use an image if possible. Ads with pictures apear before text only Ads. Picture ads have proven to be more effective. Use a descriptive Title. Include as much information as possible. It is useful to indicate Your reason for selling. Point out the qualities of the item. If You are not receiving responses try editing the ad or lowering the price.

Is my E-mail address viewable on US Easy Ads?

No. To protect you from spamming your E-mail address will not show up on our site. Instead, buyers can E-mail you by clicking on a link that says "Contact Seller". Remember though - if you E-mail the buyer back, your address will be viewable to them.

Can I include a phone number instead of having potential buyers E-mail me?

Yes. You must put your phone number in the item description and request that they phone you with questions rather than email you. The phone number that you provide during registration is not viewable on the web site, so if you want them to call you - include your phone number in your description.

How do I tell how many people have viewed my classified Ad?

Go to your listing on US Easy Ads. "Total Views" is the number of times that your item has been viewed.

My item sold. What should I do?

Congratulations. If you paid for Front Page Featured Ad, Use the ad space until the expiration date to sell another item. Edit the image and text. You could also mark your item as SOLD, or you could delete the Ad.

Log into your account. In the menu on the left side of the screen click on "Modify an Ad". Click on "Sold" or "Delete" beside the Ad that you would like modify. Make sure that you really want to modify the Ad. If it is deleted by mistake you will have to post a new Ad. If it is marked sold by mistake you will have to delete and re-upload the images.

Can I change my classified Ad or the photo(s) that I have posted?

Yes, you can change your Ad at any time during the time that it is active. Log into your account in US Easy Ads. Click on "Modify" in the line of the Ad that you would like to change.

My item sold in the first week. Can I get a refund for days that my Ad is not used?

No, all sales are final. But you can continue to use your Ad space to post another listing.

The home page of US Easy Ads has Featured Listings. How can I get my classified Ad to appear there?

To have your classified Ad appear as a Featured Listing you just have to select either the Featured Ad or the National Ad Option while placing your classified.

The classified Ad that I placed has disappeared or is not active on the site. What happened?

This could be for a few reasons...

Ads are not displayed beyond their expiration date. Classified Ads are for 45 days and Featured Ads 75 days.

We could have removed a classified Ad due to it being offensive or illegal. We reserve the right to remove Ads from our site at any time. We will only do this if the classified Ad that you placed is offensive or illegal. If you have placed such an Ad it will be removed and your money will NOT be refunded. Read the Terms of Use for more information.

I mistakenly marked my item as sold. How do I remove the word "SOLD" from my image?

You will have to delete the images. Then upload the images again.

Log into your account. In the menu on the left side of the screen click on "My Listings". Click on "Modify" beside the Ad that you are editing Click on "Modify images" Click on "Delete". Then simply enter or browse for the image file in the form on that page and Click on "Upload Image "
