Shipping Terms : All of our products are handcrafted in India after your order is placed. Some items may require a longer ship-out time. All shipping fees include insurance, handling and transit charges. We use all of the major shipping carriers to ship orders including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. Unfortunately, customers are unable to specify the carrier of their choice. Most oversized items are shipped via freight carrier directly to your shipping address. We are unable to ship items to rural routes, remote areas not in close proximity to areas commonly serviced by freight carriers, APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. On occasion there may be unforeseen delays in shipping your order. We will notify you via email if we determine your order will not ship by the timeframe stated on each item's product page. A tracking number will be emailed to you so that you may track your items delivery. If you do not receive tracking information please check your bulk or spam email folder before contacting us.Orders shipped to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico will be charged additional shipping fees based on destination, size, and weight. Please send us your zip code via email and we will provide you with a shipping quote.
We require a signature at the time of delivery. Please ensure that a delivery phone number is provided when you place your order.
Important Delivery Information
The freight carrier will contact you 24-48 hours prior to delivery to arrange a delivery time. The phone number used to contact you will be the daytime and evening phone numbers provided during checkout. Available delivery times will vary depending on the freight carrier’s schedule.
Most oversized items will be delivered only to the nearest ground-level entrance of your home or business. Exceptions include apartments and unusual driveways.
Most freight carriers will carry your item into a specific room or up stairs for an additional fee. If you would like your item carried inside your residence or up any flights of stairs, extra fees may apply. Residences or businesses that have steep uphill or downhill slopes leading to the entryway may also be charged additional fees. These fees usually range from $25 to $50 and are negotiated with and paid directly to the driver making the delivery. These extra delivery options are not available in all areas. By purchasing an oversized item, you authorize Sierra Living Concepts and/or the freight carrier to assess additional fees to you as necessary.
Our freight carriers will do their best to arrange a convenient delivery time with you. If you need to request a specific delivery time outside their normal business hours, a “Delivery Window” fee ranging from $75 to $125 may apply. Available delivery times are made solely at the freight carrier’s discretion, and certain days and times may not be available in all areas. Redelivery fees ranging from $25 - $125 will be charged if you miss your delivery appointment.
If you refuse or return a non-defective or undamaged item, you will be responsible for all actual return shipping costs.

Return Policy :Upon arrival at our warehouse all returned items are inspected. You will be refunded the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees if your item is returned within 14 days of delivery and is in the same condition as received. If the item shows signs of use you may be subject to a partial refund.
Expect to receive the refund within four weeks from shipping your return to us. This includes conservative estimates of the time required for the return shipping, inspection at our returns facility, and processing from your bank or Credit Card Company. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund. You will receive your refund via the form of payment that you used.
Damaged Items Policy
Defective items or items damaged at the time of receipt may be returned without penalty. Any item damaged during shipping will be replaced at our cost.
Before signing the shipping receipt at the time of delivery, carefully open and inspect items for any damage or defects. Should you notice any damage or defects, note them on the shipping receipt and write "REFUSED." Be sure to get a copy of the shipping receipt (bill of lading) before the delivery person leaves. Should this occur, please contact our Customer Service Department at sales@sierralivingconcepts.com immediately.
Please do not feel pressure to sign the shipping receipt without taking the time to unpack and inspect your merchandise. Once you sign the shipping receipt, you have accepted delivery for the item as is. After accepting delivery for your item, please keep all packaging materials for 30 days in case you discover damage after delivery. All damage claims must be received within 48 hours of delivery. We will either issue a credit within one week of receipt of your damage claim or ship you a replacement item at no additional cost to you.
